SIA Fougere Personal Data Processing Rules
These Personal Data Processing Rules, hereinafter referred to as “Rules”, describe the order that SIA Fougere processed personal data.
these Regulations are applicable if the Customer uses, uses or has expressed a willingness to use the services provided by SIA Fougere or is otherwise related to the services provided by SIA Fougere, including the relationship with the Customer established prior to the entry into force of these Regulations.
1. Definition of the processing of personal data.
The customer is any natural person who uses, has used, or has expressed a desire to use or relate to any services provided by SIA Fougere
Personal data is any information directly or indirectly related to the Customer.
Processing means any activity performed with Personal Data (including collection, recording in registers and accounting programme, saving, changing, communication, making requests, etc.).
2. Categories of personal data.
Identification details, such as name, surname, personal identity number, date of birth, identity document details (e.g. passport, ID card), bank account number.
Contact information, such as address, phone number, e-mail address, language of communication.
3. Purpose and basis for the processing of personal data.
3.1. In order to ensure a high-quality performance of customer care and the delivery of durable goods to the customer's designated address, while ensuring the fulfilment of mutual contractual obligations.
3.2. In order to perform accounting records in conformity with the laws and other regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.
3.3. In order to realise the legitimate interests of an undertaking, while respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
3.4. Personal data may be transferred to third parties for the purpose of carrying out the recovery of debts.
3.5. Sending information material to an e-mail address if the customer has agreed to receive it.
4. Access and storage of personal data.
4.1. Personal data is stored in the Accounting Accounting Program and is protected by a secure password.
4.2. Personal data is available for employees of Fougere to perform job tasks and to execute orders.
5. Disclosure of data.
The data may be issued to the judicial authority on the basis of a lawful request from a competent public official.
